From our first phone call to collecting my wife's ashes my family and I appreciated all the help, kindness and friendly way everything was explained and organised.
From the first meeting to the funeral service, all went very well. We had to have the funeral performed quickly - within 9 days and it was all done very professionally.
We know how special each person is and aim to convey this in all aspects of our work from the arrangements to the day of the service. It has been an honour to look after you and your loved one and to respond sensitively to your specific needs.
Ashleigh was extremely helpful, sympathetic and understanding. She carried out all the arrangements as my wife would have wanted. She took care of all the paperwork and kept us informed at every stage.
Extremely approachable with a professional manner tinged with humour when appropriate.
Thank you for your 5* review.

I was very pleased with the service we received. Everything was explained clearly and options explored. Angie's professional but down-to-earth approach was greatly appreciated in coming to terms with our loss. I would have no hesitation in recommending MacIntosh and Steven to others who have lost a loved one.
